Quiet tech.
Loud impact.

We build the quiet systems behind driven organizations, so their people can focus on the mission.

We believe the point of a tool
is to vanish into the work.

Top-level creative choices belong to people. The repetitive base work belongs to systems. When that split is right, a small team moves like a big one and never loses its voice.

We know because we run our own companies this way, every day.

The history channel that never misses a Tuesday

This Week in Queer History tells the stories that were left out of the textbooks. One host, one mission, and a new fully produced episode every single week for over two years. More than one hundred full episodes, plus a podcast, a newsletter, daily social posts, and a blog, all flowing from each Tuesday’s story.

The pain point was simple: one person cannot research, fact-check, write, shoot, edit, caption, publish, and promote a weekly history show. So we built the production line. Research agents compile sourced articles for every episode. A fact-check gate catches errors before the script is written. Captions align themselves to the script. The podcast, newsletter, blog, and social posts are drafted, scheduled, and verified by systems that know the calendar better than we do.

The host still chooses every topic, tells every story, and makes every creative call. The machine just makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

A 376-page book, illustrated 366 times

The Queer Year Book gives every day of the year a story from queer history, each with its own original illustration. One author. Three hundred sixty-six pieces of art. Months, not years.

The pain point: an illustrated book this size is normally a team of researchers, illustrators, designers, and a production department. We built that team out of systems instead: a research pipeline with a fact-check ledger, an illustration pipeline tuned to one consistent visual style, and a typesetting pipeline that laid out every spread and passed print-shop preflight on a real press.

Every date, every fact, every image was reviewed and chosen by a human. The systems did the eighty drafts behind each choice.

The agency whose clients just see great service

Easy Leash Digital is our social media agency for pet-care businesses. Its clients get a full content calendar, branded graphics, review responses, a photo portal for their customers, and clean monthly billing.

Behind that service is the clearest version of our philosophy: the agency is human-led and human-managed, and the repetitive base work runs on AI agents we built. Posts draft themselves against a content strategy a person set. Graphics render overnight. An approval flow puts every piece in front of human eyes before anything publishes. Invoices send themselves on time.

The result is a boutique agency that delivers like a staffed one.

The office that runs itself

Fitzgerald Media practices what it sells. The firm’s own operations run on Dax, an AI assistant we designed and built: correspondence, scheduling, research, production pipelines, reporting, billing, and the upkeep of this website.

Dax is not a chatbot bolted onto an inbox. It is a persistent colleague with memory, judgment about when to act and when to ask, and a standing rule that anything public gets human sign-off first. When we say these systems are trustworthy enough to run a business, we mean our own.

What if your team could ask one question and get one answer, with sources, from everything your organization has ever written?

What if the reports wrote their first drafts while your people slept?

What if the busywork disappeared and the mission hours came back?

What if adopting AI did not mean handing your data, your voice, or your judgment to someone else?

That is the work we do.

Dax

The firm’s AI assistant and its first proof of concept. Dax runs the operations described on this page and has for over a year. Ask us about it. We will show you the real thing, not a demo.

AI Company Assistants. Knowledge agents with sources and citations. Workflow and pipeline automation. AI content production. Custom apps and portals. Advisory and training.

Every engagement starts the same way: your pain points, our research, a system built around your mission, and the willingness to adjust until it fits. Human judgment stays at the top. The grunt work goes to the machines.
